Name

arc2dat — Produce .dat file from .arc file.

Description

Strips information from an AMPAC archive file (.arc) to write an input file (.dat). This utility is useful for running new calculations using previous geometries. Note, if the archive file contains multiple geometries, only the first one is used.

Usage:

arc2dat file.arc > file.dat

Output:

AMPAC .dat file
