DEGEN — Print warnings if degenerices in HOMO.
DEGEN
Check the eigenvalues of the Fock matrix for degeneracies in the HOMO. For open-shell
calculations, check for consistency with the user specified
OPEN(n,m)
command. If problems are detected, a warning will be printed along with the eigenvalues
but the job will continue.
