Description

The energy minimization routine has made three attempts to lower the heat of formation and the gradient, but while the heat of formation has reached a fairly constant value, the gradient norm is still large. This is a non-fatal error, and almost certainly the results will be useful. Use GNORM to increase the convergence criteria.
