Triatomics are, by default, defined in terms of internal coordinates. This warning is only a reminder. For tetra-atomics and higher, the presence or absence of a connectivity table distinguishes internal and Cartesian coordinates, but for diatomics and triatomics there is an ambiguity. If the data are expressed in Cartesian coordinates, override the default by adding the keyword XYZ.
