RMIN — Adjust minimum criterion for accepting geometry steps.

Description

This is the minimum ratio of actual to predicted energy change for accepting geometry steps at Stage 2. For an EF calculation, the default value 0.0 means that the energy is not allowed to increase during the optimization.
