Description

TLAW is the decay constant in the temperature. The default value of n.n is 0.8 and 0.0 < n.n < 1.0. Larger values causes the annealing search to more widely explore the PES but is correspondingly more expensive. Smaller values can be useful for a quick localized search but values less than 0.5 are inadvisable.
