TOL — Permitted relative variation of a bond length from its initial value.
TOL=n.n
Permitted relative variation of a bond length from its initial value (used with PEN2). A conformation will be penalized if its bonds is outsize the range ORIGINAL BOND LENGTH × (1 ± TOL). The default value of TOL is 0.2.
